The other day 24/9 I strolled around i the Yacht-habour of Kolding. The sun shined from a bright sky, it was only a little windy, but everything was dead. No sign of life. Even the fast-food-cart was closed.
Open some facilities for the public
Make Kolding yacht-habour a nice place to take a walk.

Well for starters, how about renovating the bicycle routes that lead out to the harbor. I think that would get more active people out there. The pavement is full of holes which is bad for roller skating, cycling and also running...
